About

Hi, I'm Serina.

Letters by Serina is a collection of paper goods that centers joy, care, and meaningful connection. I found peace in creating art that reflect thoughtfulness and sincerity, and make people feel valued.

I'm an artist, calligrapher, and writer from Massachusetts. My journey with calligraphy started in January of 2019 after taking a brush lettering class, and I quickly committed to practicing every day that year. That consistency helped me build the muscle memory needed to grow in a craft that feels both meditative and expressive. Over the years, this peaceful hobby expanded into digital lettering, hand engraving, and other techniques with different mediums. I’ve also partnered with brands like Kendra Scott to offer live calligraphy experiences and custom pieces for customers.

Alongside my work as a visual artist,  I started a blog in 2017 called The Rina Collective, where I share my love of music, solo travel, emotional wellness, and honest reflections on life.

Frequently Asked Questions:

1. What materials do you use to create your art?

All of my artwork is hand-drawn or hand-lettered digitally, using Procreate and an iPad. I also use a Minc machine to foil cards.

2. Are you currently accepting commissions or custom work?

At this time, I’m not accepting custom commissions or personal projects. I occasionally offer on-site calligraphy or lettering services for events or brand activations. If you’re a business or event coordinator interested in working together, feel free to reach out at lettersbyserina[at]gmail.com.

3. Where do you ship from and how long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are shipped from Massachusetts within 3–5 business days. I use USPS, and actual shipping times depend on your location and USPS issues that are not in my control.

4. Do you offer local pickup?

No. All orders are shipped by mail, but I occasionally participate in local markets in the Boston area — follow me on Instagram or join my email list to stay in the loop.
